REGISTRATION

Dear Parent/Guardian:

Thank you for applying to New Dimensions High School. In order to be considered for the waiting list, you will need to c omplete and submit a STUDENT APPLICATION. Upon Review, you will be notified if your student meets the criteria for acceptance.

At this time, please complete the enclosed PRE-REGISTRATION FORM and return it to us immediately. Once an opening becomes available, you will be notified.

You will have 5 day to submit a completed registration packet.

If we do not hear from you, your child's name will be removed from the waiting list and the next applicant  will be notified.
