Mrs. Soto was born in Levittown, Puerto Rico. She moved to Florida with her family at the age of five. She is the first NDHS Alumni (Go Tigers!) to start teaching at NDHS. After graduating from New Dimensions High School, she went on to received her Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and a Minor in Sociology from the University of Central Florida. She spent the last decade wearing many hats, working in the legal field and educating young minds at Valencia College as a Criminal Justice Technology Professor.
Angelis married her her high school sweetheart and they have two amazing little boys. She loves adventures; from trips around the world, to theme parks and music festivals.
