Coaches & Parents:
Before any student can engage in any athletic event (including tryouts and clinics) students must have these forms completed in full. The physicals are good for only one calendar year. All forms must be turned in to the Athletic Director – not the individual coaches.
Athletic fees: Students must pay or make arrangement to pay Mrs. Sosa prior to the first game of the season.
Coaches may not accept money from a student athlete. Once final cuts have been made for teams, the Athletic Director will arrange for Mrs. Sosa to come and collect the fees from team members on a specific day.
