Ms. Bermudez was born in Rochester, New York and lived there for three years before she moved to Puerto Rico.
Ms. Bermudez graduated from Stella Marquez High School in Salinas after which she attended InterAmerican University and graduated with a Bachelor in Science degree with a Major in Pure Mathematics. Later, she received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University.
Ms. Bermudez worked at Saint Patrick’s school as a math teacher for seven years before working for the Department of Education for five years. Ms. Bermudez finally decided to move to Florida to have other experiences and to grow professionally. There, she worked at Poinciana High School for four years then transferred to New Dimensions High School. During her personal time, she likes to travel and dedicate the rest of her time to her children.
