Mr. Alfers most recently spent three years in the classroom as a Digital Design Instructor for New Dimensions High School. Prior to moving into education, he was the General Manager of a rural interest newspaper serving Central Kansas.
Michael has also worked as the Director of Coaching for Hillsboro Soccer Club in Hillsboro, Oregon and Pricing Manager of First Horizon National Corporation in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Mr. Alfers holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Marylhurst University and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Barry University.
